How We Handle Your Order

Once your order is placed on yotoplaay.online, here’s what happens next. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, enter our fulfillment queue the same day. Anything after that cutoff — or placed over a weekend or federal holiday — starts processing the next business day. We ask for 1–2 business days to pick, pack, and hand your package over to the carrier. If unexpected delays arise (severe weather, peak holiday volume), we will notify you by email.

Delivery Area
We ship to physical addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO military addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes in certain remote regions, and we do not currently offer international shipping.

Carriers We Use
Depending on your location and package size, your order will ship via one of our trusted logistics partners: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We select the carrier that provides the most reliable service to your zip code.

Time in Transit
Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving our facility. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as the label is printed.

What You Pay
Shipping is free on every order. There are no membership requirements and no minimum purchase thresholds.

If Something Goes Wrong
In the rare event that tracking shows a delivery but your package is missing, reach out to us at info@yotoplaay.online within 5 calendar days of the delivery scan. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or arrange a resolution.
