Return & Refund Policy

We design products that families love, and we stand behind everything we sell. If your purchase isn’t what you expected, here’s how we make it right.

The Basics
You have a full 30 calendar days from the delivery date to send something back. The item needs to be in its original state: unused, in the original box, with all inserts, manuals, and accessories included. Products returned with obvious signs of use or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we classify this as a quality issue. Start a return using the instructions below and we will handle your case with priority — replacement options or full refunds are both on the table for qualifying cases.

Return Process
Email us at info@yotoplaay.online. Include your order number and a short note about why you’re returning the item. Our team will reply within 24 business hours with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a prepaid shipping label. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package and drop it off at the carrier indicated on the label.

Cost
There is no charge for return shipping, and we never assess restocking fees. We cover the freight both ways for all eligible returns.

Refund Timeline
Once your package arrives back at our facility and passes inspection, we initiate the refund within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to the original payment method. From there, your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the funds appear — typically 7–10 business days. If the credit hasn’t posted after 10 business days, contact your financial institution first, then let us know if the issue persists.

Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.
