We aim for a checkout experience that’s straightforward and fully transparent. Here’s what to expect when you pay.
Accepted Tenders

All prices and transactions on yotoplaay.online are in United States Dollars (USD).
Timing of Charges
When you submit your order, your payment method receives an authorization hold for the order total. The actual capture (charge) happens once your order moves into processing, typically within a few hours. If any item in your order is on backorder, we will reach out with an estimated ship date and won’t capture payment until we are ready to ship.
What Shows Up on Your Statement
Card charges will appear under YOTOPLAAY or a recognizable short-form variant. If you see a charge you don’t recognize, please check your confirmation email and then contact us at info@yotoplaay.online before filing a dispute — we can clarify most billing questions immediately.
Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed as a separate line item during checkout before you confirm the order.
Security
Our checkout flow is encrypted end-to-end via SSL/TLS. Payment credentials are tokenized by our processing partners; Yotoplaay systems do not have access to raw card numbers.
